The History Of Cakes With Attitude Owner: Natasha Schick Cake Designer/Red Seal Pastry Chef Cakes With Attitude was established in 2006 by owner Natasha Schick and has been growing since. Natasha
first started her journey before this all began in Edmonton studying at NAIT to get her Baking Journeyman Certificate and
found that she craved more than just breads and danishes. She then decided to continue her journey and relocate to Calgary to
continue her education at SAIT and complete her Baking and Pastry Arts Diploma with honors and finding her niche in cakes
and show pieces. Working in hotels and fine dining restaurants was not enough for Natasha and from there her passion
could no longer hide with in and she knew she had to go further and from this Cakes With Attitude was started. While
still continually taking classes with top cake artists in United States, practicing for hours on end and completing her Red
Seal for Baking she has developed her talent and reputation in Calgary. She is known for her amazing tasting cakes
and stunning cake show pieces. Cakes With Attitude strives to be part of the community while supporting Calgary in the Parks
Foundation grand opening and supporting local and overseas charities for MS, Cancer and schools. With passion and hard work
Natasha and her team will continually create cakes for Calgary and area for all special events and feels honored to have
her clients let her be part of their special day.
